By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. App Usage

The app allows users to:

• Create and manage invoices
• Add signatures
• Choose from multiple invoice templates
• Store invoice data locally on the device

The app is intended for personal and business invoice management purposes only.

3. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice data you create
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or app removal

4. No Professional Advice

The app does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Users are responsible for ensuring that invoices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. No Warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Business losses
• Incorrect invoices
• Lost or deleted data

Use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All app design, templates, and branding are the property of the app developer. You may not copy or redistribute the app or its templates without permission.

8. In-App Purchases & Payments

The app may offer optional in-app purchases for premium features.

• All payments are processed through Google Play Billing
• We do not collect or store payment information
• Refunds are subject to Google Play’s policies
• RevenueCat is used to manage subscriptions and purchase status
• Users must manage subscriptions via their Google Play account

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Locally stored data will be removed upon uninstallation. Any data backed up to your Google Drive account will remain unless deleted manually.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions in the future. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
